Alaska Stat. 12.55.085(f)
The court may not suspend the imposition of sentence of a person who:
(1) is convicted of:
a. murder, b. assault, c. stalking, d. custodial interference, e. sexual assault, f. coercion, or g. arson;
(2) uses a firearm in the commission of the offense; or
(3) is convicted of reckless endangerment or a felony, and the person has 1 or more prior convictions.
