(11) A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended
-for 90 days upon the 1st offense; -for 1 year upon a 2nd conviction within 10 years of a prior violation.
(12) Persons who have shown that they are safety hazards can have their drivers licenses suspended for an additional 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or 2 years.
