- 3252 Sexual Assault Any person who engages in a sexual act with any person under 16 years old; or, any person who engages in a sexual act with a person under 18 and where defendant is the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian of the victim. (Punishable up to 20 years); or, any person who engages in a sexual act with a person under 16 where defendant is the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian of the victim or where defendant is 18+ and resides in the same household as the victim and serves a parental role. (Punishable by up to 35 years).
- 3253 Aggravated Sexual Assault Any person who engages in a sexual act with any person under 10 years old. (Punishable by up to life imprisonment).
- 2602 Lewd Conduct with a Child Any person who, with the intent to arouse, commits any lewd act with any person under 16 years old. (Punishable by 1 to 15 years)
