  • 3253 Aggravated Sexual Assault Any person who engages in a sexual act with any person under 10 years old. (Punishable by up to life imprisonment).
  • 2602 Lewd Conduct with a Child Any person who, with the intent to arouse, commits any lewd act with any person under 16 years old. (Punishable by 1 to 15 years)
