VIRGINIA DUI ATTORNEY
Virginia Code Ann. 18.2-271
(A) A judgment of conviction for a 1st DUI offense operates to deprive the person convicted of the privilege to drive for 1 year. (B) A judgment of conviction for a 2nd offense operates to deprive the person convicted of the privilege to drive for 3 years. (C) A judgment of conviction for a 3rd offense within 10 years of 2 other offenses operates to deprive the person of the privilege to drive indefinitely.
