ePay management is a third-party vendor with which Imhoff & Associates, PC (hereinafter I&A) has negotiated an ongoing relationship in order to make their services easily and readily available to our clients. I&A has no relationship with any lender on this platform. I&A will pay a 4.99% merchant fee to Flexxbuy for your use of the platform. You are under no obligation to accept any loan offer for any purpose or to retain any attorney. In the event the funds are not used to retain I&A, no merchant fee will be charged to the borrower or I&A. Neither I&A payment of this fee, nor your loan status, will impact the legal services provided by our firm. No additional fees or costs associated with financing will be added to your legal fees or costs. I&A has no other function in the financing process. I&A is not responsible for the application and approval process, loan origination, loan structure, collection procedures, nor for any other aspect of lender practices for any applicant. I&A strongly recommends taking reasonable time (at least 24 hours) and legal counsel to thoroughly review all lender rules, guidelines, and agreements prior to entering into any business relationship with ePay Management, Flexxbuy LLC, Crowdnetic Corporation, or any lender. As is the case with any financial transaction, the borrower should make sure he or she understands every aspect of their financial responsibilities regarding any loan prior to entering into any loan agreement and that the loan agreement suits the individual’s personal financial situation. All lenders will charge interest on all loans generated from this website platform, for which the borrower is solely responsible.

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION AND DESIRE TO PROCEED WITH THE OPTION OF FINANCING LEGAL SERVICES. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS FINANCING DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST IS NOT A RETAINER AGREEMENT, AND, UNTIL THE RETAINER FEE IS PAID, NEITHER IMHOFF & ASSOCIATES NOR I, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PAYOR ARE BOUND TO AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.


WAIVER OF CLIENT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

  1. We are told the eventual lender will not ask us what the purpose and loan is for; however, if asked to do so by the lender, we will inform them that "Professional Services" were bought with the proceeds of the loan.
  2. We will not disclose any other confidential information regarding your case.
  3. The lender is not entitled to any information regarding your case without your consent.
  4. Any other client confidentiality waiver shall be independent of this document.
